The Lindal Cedar Homes design system provides you with the flexibility you need to start with any of our thousands of popular Lindal Cedar Homes plans and then personalize it to make it your very own.
Most of our homes are designed with post and beam construction. This provides a very open floor plan that allows you great flexibility in placing walls, stairs, storage.
A new service that we offer is the ability to work directly with a great custom home designer that will give you a plan drawn just for you! The designer will meet with you on site, gather details that will meet your needs, and prepare drawings and renderings for you.

All LIndal Materials are Guaranteed
Lindal Cedar Homes guarantees materials to be of the kind and quality specified, and free from defects. Lindal guarantees to service or replace any material, which is is defective, or below the quality specified, at no cost. The guarantee period extends for one full year, providing ample time to inspect all materials as the house is built. However, a physical inventory to check for quantity or freight damage, etc., must be made within 10 days of delivery.
Lifetime Warranty
Lindal warrants that commencing one year after the home has been completed, and passed local inspection for occupancy, it will pay for the repair of major structural defects due to design or materials provided by Lindal that occur in the lifetime of the original owner. Your local Lindal dealer will be happy to provide you with full details on warranty programs.
